There is no need for a declaration of fatherhood or adoption.
There is no point in denying, either. (see enclosed page).

- There is no point to declare fatherhood or adoption. There is also little point in denial. Anyone who believes our individual existence is only possible due to the objective ongoing social history, would dare not even consider the possibility of any human existence not conditioned, in one way or another, by direct or indirect encounters with fertilizing matters, as well as with sterilizing, constructive and destructive matters. This is what we call culture, and the responsibility and principal obligation we take as to our part in its design is called human solidarity.
- You must also realize that there is no certainty as to the nature of this new life building up inside of you: it is not at all clear, whether you are about to give birth to one of the critical elements which will bring about the next Auschwitz of human history. Also in this context there is no point in denial: we all take part in the possible creation of this type of barbarity, by the very existence of such interactions between us.
- I may, of course, make an individual act of denial, thus realizing my right of subjective declaration. No one can deny me of the liberal right to express what I would like to be or what I would like others to think I am, meaning, to preserve some level of a personal conscious opinion or stand. However, this does not exempt me from an objective involvement in what I wish to deny and alienate. Could anyone honestly think that he is not an accomplice to the continuous Israeli rule in the occupied territories simply because he opposes the occupation?
- The problem is that there is an amount of false megalomania, and quite a large amount of narcissism, in taking theoretical responsibility to what you would practically not raise a finger for. This action-less symbolization of taking responsibility for a baby, when millions of infants die of starvation every year, adopting a virtual baby in a world in which actual babies constantly perish, makes the declaration itself an act of helpless rationalization at best, or an essentially false act in a less politically-correct scenario.
- Some of this is also encrypted in the logic guiding this exhibition, as well as my participation in it. It is apparent that the concerned babies would continue to starve without the existence of this art project. And so it turns out, that also from this angle there is no need to declare or deny fatherhood or adoption.
- By the way, now that the intimacy between us has been exposed to the eyes of the general public, it may be nice if I could meet and get to know you.
